Eligibility:

The IDO is divided into two rounds: the Private Round and the Public Round. The Private Round is exclusively for our OG and WL role holders, while the Public Round is open to all.

Private Round:

This exclusive round offers a unique opportunity for our OG and WL role holders.

- Minimum Investment: 0.01 ETH

- Maximum Investment: 5 ETH

- Token Price: $0.25 per $BPAD

- Exchange Rate: 1 ETH = 7,555 $BPAD

- Total Funds to be Raised: $250,000

Vesting Schedule: 35% of tokens will be available at TGE, followed by a 1-month cliff, with the remaining 65% distributed over the next 2 months.

Public Round:

The Public Round is open to all, offering a broader opportunity to be part of our growing community.

- Maximum Investment: 5 ETH

- Token Price: $0.35 per $BPAD

- Exchange Rate: 1 ETH = 5,400 $BPAD

- Total Funds to be Raised: $350,000

Vesting Schedule: 35% of tokens will be available at TGE, followed by a 1-month cliff, with the remaining 65% distributed over the next 2 months.

Bonus Tokens for Whitelist

Bonus token allocation is proportionally given to how much you invested in as well as to how many users invested. (very similar to overflow method)

Formula: (Your investment amount divided by the total amount invested by whitelist users) multiplied by 292,000 (bonus tokens) = Your bonus token

This means that the more you invest, the more bonus tokens you get. You will receive more bonus as well if not many whitelist users invested.

Token Generation Event (TGE) and Bridge:

Upon TGE, you'll be able to claim your $BPAD tokens directly from our website. You can then use our official bridge to transfer your ERC-20 tokens to BRC-20. The bridge function will be active at the time of IDO, and 80% of the fee will be refunded to users.

How to Use the Bridge:

You can use our bridge from our website by connecting your ERC-20 and BRC-20 wallet, then enter the amount you want to bridge and confirm the transaction.

Whitelist Campaign:

To secure a spot in the Private Round, you'll need to be a WL spot holder. We have a total of 1400 WL spots, of which 600 OG spots are already taken and 500 WL spots will be allocated via our Whitelist campaign. The rest will be used for giveaway campaigns with our partners. Stay tuned for the campaign link!

Claim & Listing

You'll be able to claim your tokens on our platform bitpad.store just 5 minutes post-listing. Remember, ERC-20 tokens will be burnt, and BRC-20 tokens will be listed on DEX (Unisat Marketplace) and CEX for trading.
